The online side of the restaurant didn't reflect any of what they'd built. Reviews were inconsistent, the rating wasn't where it should be, and new customers couldn't see what the place actually was. So I fixed it — built the system from scratch, generated over 300 real reviews, and took the rating from 4.4 to 4.8. Not as a case study. As a son trying to protect something his parents had sacrificed everything for.
